I have just finished teacher training in Taiwan, promoting baby yoga and swimming in Asia. The Birthlight philosophy, a gentle yet fun approach was so well received and the students have great opportunities to teach in their local communities. They had invited so many visiting babies the yoga and pool sessions were filled with laughter and baby noises!  One of the main aims of the parents was to get the best photos so despite the chaos we had some great sessions and even some quiet relaxations.  Again I am reminded little babies all over the world have the same desire to interact and there is a universal language of communication.

Francoise, the founder of Birthlight was training in Qui Nhon Vietnam and I was so happy to able to support her and meet the students who had travelled from across the world. Morning meditations on the beach were a highlight followed by fascinating sessions on fertility, pregnancy and baby yoga. Looking forward to a exciting New Year.
